1. Your Agreement with Us

Services are provided “as is”, without warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim (or a cap for the 12 months preceding the claim).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate Services by providing written notice (e.g., 30 days).

Upon termination, stop using our systems, delete or return all confidential materials, and settle outstanding payments.

Provisions on IP, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time and will post the revised version with the updated date.

Continued use of Services after updates indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biovus Blockchain Technologies, its team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

15. Force Majeure
